*Easy To Use*:Install the AAA Battery(not included). Attach the conductive film to the black conductive rubber pads on the back of the device. Wear it around the wrist with the provided wristband. Rotate the turntable to '1'. Press the test button 3 times. Approximately 5 seconds later you’ll feel a weak pulse.
